He did not take an oath to obey our elected officials. he took an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States. If the commander-in-chief issues unconstitutional or unjust orders it is the duty of good soldiers to disobey as their first duty is to uphold the constitution.

sir, just because someone is elected president, it doesn't make that person god. they are still binded to the law, and bush didn't, so excuse me if some of us actually pay attention and are pissed.

America made it through 8 years of Bush, and now I hope that America can survive 8 years of Obama. And, I feel sorry for the person that will step into the Office of President after Obama gets out of there, because there are going to be a lot of things that will have to be fixed. Good luck to that man. Lastly, I hope that this guy is happy with the job that Obama is doing...
