i luv this movie and i saw it at skol in english. i dont understand y it waz rated-x at first. i dont c any violience in this movie and now its unrated
good trailer roger. im reading the book in my english class and it has a boring begining and then it gets good. the 1990 movie sucked ass. this 60s version is a lot better. espcially pigglets death. its better in this one than the 90s version. freakin death all cheap. they throw him a small ass rock and here its freakin huge. and one thing i didnt get of lotf was that how the hell is there a pig in an deserted island in the middle of the atlantic ocean?
I like the black and white version. You feel a mood that you don't feel in the color version. As a Producer & Director,I worked over 40 years in the film industry and I considered this B&W version the greatest of all, made with children actors.I love very much to to produce films of this kind, like now, we are shooting a feature in the exact same locations LOTF was filmed(Vieques Island), and every shot we do, we got the feeling we are making a a kind of a "Lord of The Flies" film, again.
