That shot by Federer was nothing. Did you see where Roddick's smash landed? Almost in the middle of the court. Any monkey would have been able to track that and slice it back like a serve.

Yeah, he was showing appreciation. Like the commentator says "He throws the racket at him and goes home", frustrated gesture, but in a friendly and humorous way.

You will have to be more clear in your phrasing, sir.

Just look at the whole picture whenever this happens. Angry, full of rage + throwing rackets? Disqualification/warning. Amazed, feigning rage + throwing rackets? Fun, fanservice. Common sense.
