Today's country music does not compare with "old-time country". Hank Williams, Sr. was the greatest male country singer, and the greatest male country singer there will ever be. Too bad he had to die so young!

to be honest im not a country fan at all,but i like his stuff! the guy can sing! so im a bit of a fan! (thats hard for a rock/metal fan to say!!)

I agree with you justanotherusername, country music is very poorly represented. i think that the last great country singer that properly represented country is Dwight Yoakam.
