I love Russia and myself I am Russian but wtf tell me what new guns/technology we have made after soviet union collapse? Maybe there are but only few. We're going down to stone age. For such a big country army should be priority No 1.

So true, i mainly blame the government they themselfs are corrupt. Hence if you have a corrupt government it cannot operate as it should and does and not achieve any goals or aims.
