That's completely untrue. The ' white ' gene is recessive, therefore it would be the ' white ' person becoming less and less white rather than the ' black ' person becoming lighter. The way america works, however, is if you are the least bit brown, you're black. So we see these mixed light skinned ' blacks ' as having ' white ' in them where it is actually the recession of the ' white ' genes.

We can all reproduce with one another so genetic makeup is only an argument if your in a villiage in Africa. In the United States more and more blacks are becoming light skinned because they are reproducing with whites. It is pathetic too because those "light skinned blacks" do not even embrace that they are half white.
