@Reveal1912 There are alot of africans who do. The africans had a problem like any people who were escentually hunter gatherers. Ancient peoples were burst workers they didnt have the same work ethic so many africans because of where they where when they where conquered still hold this.

OMG. An astonishing piece of history here, and the only comments I see are childish and antiquated racism. I can find someone from any race that is more intelligent and/or self disciplined than the racists on here. Grow up people. Maybe read a book or something.

I think it's clear that blacks are in general less smart than whites.

Dr Watson has probably based his claims on IQ tests results that have consistently shown a 15 to 20 point IQ difference between blacks and whites over the past 90 years. also educational achievement especially in subjects such as science and engineering which focus on reasoning and problem solving abilities blacks have consistently underperformed by a considerable margin compared to whites and Asians. Hence the need for affirmative action in the US.

But isn't this difference in IQ caused from the fact that blacks in the past did not get the same quality education that whites did? An older man who did not get a good education isn't likely to influence his kids to be brilliant scientists/engineers. I am not saying that this has never happened, though. Also, today African-American culture seems to me like it discourages learning; that it isn't "cool" to learn and be smart.
