Hands down the best movie ever.

I have never seen this movie, but want to!! Per his bio, this was Rock's favorite film. I should just get my ass out and buy it.

The most depressing film ever made. Hudson's best film. Music by Jerry Goldsmith. From a novel by David Ely. Directed by John Frankenheimer.
It doesn't get much better than this.

The year this came out (1966?), I was 22 and a senior at the University of Miami. The day it began, I walked across the street from the U of M and saw it at Loew's Riviera. It was a beautiful afternoon, but when I left the theater, I was cold down to my bones. The only other films to affect me that way were
Brazil and the original version of The Vanishing.--arnie113

On top of his GORGEOUSNESS, this movie was EXCELLENT. Any fan of "Twilight Zone" will LOVE this movie...

He is still a MAN, last time I checked...a MAN that I like to look at...sooooo BEAUTIFUL!!!
