A regular user of this route I often wondered what drainage systems they had in place in the event of heavy rain but I think the nearby river bursting has taken them all by surprise was this not surveyed originally?

amazing !! £80 million for this new underpass and they cant even sort drainage properly, I'd understand if it was 10 or 20 years old ...but this is brand new !!!
