I think life exists because it connects the present to the future better than causality alone. It's that simple. Minds exist because we live in a universe with physical laws, which means that sensory input could be used to guide behavior better than random actions. Understanding evolved because its a better basis for modeling the real world than emotional reactions. And fantasizing about cosy eternities is with us because minds that dream about better worlds are likelier to find them.
I like the program "psychic detectives" where real psychic solving real world crime when detectives failed to go on further- true stories.
Many physicists today trying understand such phenomenon. QM does have model and including 'string theory.'
There is no free lunch as AG says .. in old school they say : "shakti is in the bhakti, not bhagat." .. meaning one must involve in the process wholeheartedly 110% to attain a different awareness to understand metaphysical reality .. no short cuts.
Check out this video, he sums up my perspective: 7ImvlS8PLIo
My point is that you don't need all this bullshit to make sense out of reality, to have real value, find meaning in life, etc. About the only thing you need hokum like this for is to convince people that something like magic, gods, karma, psychic phenomenon, or other "magical thinking" is necessary to understand our world. It's just bunk, but people like it, and I tried to explain why I think they do in the previous reply.
On energetic level everything is interconnected. Energy came first then it created matter.
So in a way when we let go of 'I' everything moves toward awarenes of energy fields that invisibly connect to all there is.
Mathematics may express such paradigm. Creative art comes b4 math. We use math to define what exist but math require rigourous principles which on the quantum level seems to get bit fuzzy.
So our own act to understand may interfere knowing ! Make sense ?
No, it doesn't make sense. In my mind, math has nothing to do with our universe, gods, man, or anything else. It is a metaphysical edifice we've discovered that is entirely self-contained. We note that aspects of our world have properties that can be represented with math is all. This guy is trying to confuse the knowledge that we ourselves are metaphysical phenomenon of a different sort, and the weird interpretations of QM into a direct causal link between thought and reality. Pure bunk.

Dr. AG trying to extend scientific understanding into the realm that interconnect with theology/philosophy/metaphysic s.
You can see how physics/chemistry/biology meet when we study heart and its function. Complex phenomenon require interdisciplinary approach.
