Hey. Ah cool, that's what we want to hear. It will make a real difference as you will be able to run a higher gain setting on the gyro which will in turn hold and feel better in flight. Your welcome for the help matey, chat soon. Ian

Hey Dude. Ah cool, sounds like we're there almost but it's a shame the servo stripped. I was lucky with mine & in all the hard flying I put on mine didn't once strip a servo. They are only cheap, we're talking £3.50 per servo so you could easily just grab another. But of course there are better ones out there for not a lot more money in most cases, that also make the heli feel better. Keep me posted as you log more flight time. Ian

Hey Rich, Your welcome matey. Balls thats a shame, but the 401 is a good gyro as well and could go into another model in time. Keep hold of the stock GL gyro as you may use it in the model again. Keep me informed how you get on. Ian

Hey Rich. How far from centre is the control ball on your servo arm? This can effect how much gain you can program in, also what transmitter are you using? Reason I ask is that some transmitters break down the ATV of the gain channel into two halves. Sometimes 0~50% is heading hold gain & 51~100% is rate mode gain, or vice-versa. Ah, I fly planes to relax and have a giggle with, I'm more a heli man. Ian

Hey. I'd perhaps try moving the ball inwards a couple of mm, see if you can get it to 7~8mm out from centre. Have you had to reduce the travel limit pot on the gyro itself? If you have makes wure it's about 100% minimum. Also what make servo did you buy? Ah, as your using a FF10 then that transmitter has a dedicated GY gyro gain function I think and so will work 0~100 in both ways for hthe differing gains in heading hold or rate mode. Ian
