That's why Burma refused U.S. aid during that vicious hurricane that ripped that island apart. They said. "U.S. will want to place stipulations on us".

Why doesn't the United State get involved with the genocide in Rwanda & other African countries??? BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONES WHO STARTED IT!!!
