F3D Pylon World Championships 2005 in France, St Martin le Beau. In this video Chris Callow wins World Championship.
Models are equipped with glow engine which runs at ~30.000rpm. The models weight about 2kg and top speeds are somewhere around 360km per hour. On the turn which you can see on most left of the video the speed is about 320km/h. Pilots race 10 laps, fastest will win. There are three pylons that model must turn around and judges who check that aeroplane doesn't cross these pylons.
