Yeeeah, substitute silence with no farting. It's ok to talk, just don't be loud.

Also: no swearing, farting or speaking about politics, or else the sauna gnome may appear to punish you, or alternatively send an ugly old woman to beat you with a stick.
Drinking beer is sauna is ok, but no rowdy behaviour and the first sip is sacrificed to mother Earth by throwing it on the stove (my eldest brother has told me it smells like freshly baked bread).

One has to be in the nude in the sauna, better for swetting!
