I too would love to know the name of the bit of music used in this scene. It may have been written for the show. But it matches the story superbly; it's almost operatic. High marks to whoever decided to use it.
@raindragon0001 The track used is called 'We Will Remember Them', but it was never released on any of the OSTs. If you put the song title into youtube it'll bring up the song in its entirety, though the part of the track you want starts at about two third of the way through.
This is a sublime episode. Always moves me to tears especially the epilogue. Human Nature and Family of Blood are everything New Who should be rather than the RTD shitfest we get.
