Idris on test

People have asked how slowly Idris can run. Here is a test of the locomotive firstly "running on the spot" and then to and fro on a test track with two tippers.

I regret that I cannot answer your question as it was built entirely from oddments of material I had around in the workshop. i would guess that the materials would cost around £50 if bought specifically for the job plus say another £10 on things like bolts and nuts, silver solder etc.

How much did it cost you to build that cos I want to build one in the winter months when there is lots of rain?
