There are groups like Texas Hearing Dogs that ONLY utilizes rescued dogs as therapy dogs. There is no need to have to breed dogs, if you have people in shelters testing dogs for temperament and ability to be a service dog.

It's a good thing that you like pit bulls, but you do realize that many people in public settings have a natural fear of dogs? Do you seriously think it's a smart idea to use perhaps the most feared breed there is as a service dog? They stopped using German Shepherds for that very reason. OK, it's not fair to the dogs, but it's even less fair to subject people (especially children) to an intimidating dog such as a pit bull. It's just a bad idea.

Well you can always just train it your self or you can look up things like 4 paws for ability and Service dogs international and just look up service dogs. you should be able to find one that way.

I train service dogs as a hobby, and donate them to people who need them, i bought a golden retriever puppy a month ago he is now 6 months and he is doing good with the training however he will be ready and fully trained in another 6 months..... just let me know what kind of things you would like the dog to do for you.... and i can donate it to you, all you would have to pay is the shipping depending on where you live i live in california
