really nice but thisis misleading because much of paris like many other euro cities have a very bad grafffiti problem. london is notorious for its grafffiti
paris has districts where graphitti is considered art & encouraged. near menilmontant there are whole buildings & alleys where regular people go & check out dudes spraypainting i didnt see much graph on the trains. lots of key-scratch & tags tho
london is not down with graphitti at all & so its mostly shitty renegade stuff + t ags
benelux has the best graph in europe i think. switzerland & barcelona share 2nd place
depends on where you live in north america, i live in nyc and the trains are dirty because cleaning crews have to go in fast and only pick up loose garbage, they dont have time to mop and clean the trains.
