do you need to buy the online booster packs to use any of the new cards, or are there any cards, or all cards, that you can use with out buying th online expansion

It looks for online play you have to scan in the deck though. Cheating against the computer is pointless but I think vs player its pretty legit...at least it looks to be I admit i dont own it so

Serious. Never heard of yugi oh but Im an old magic player. Magic was OG. and this looks a lot like magic. Mana and attack / defense etc.

I'm not a cheater, I don't even have a PS3, Xbox or Wii. I'm just saying and obvious way to cheat.
