Medtner's music just takes me away to another place.

WHY is his music not in the current repetoir of today's concert artists?

I am very familier with his piano music and I don't belive there are any pieces i don't like.

The Sonata Triad, Op. 11 is one of his best and one of my favorites. Difficult to play..........but so beautiful.

Medtner really is interesting.Sophisticated.Wonderful. but too old fashioned for me.Only living composers get my time now!!

Medtner was a great but under appreciated composer. He appears to have been recently resurected. Thank you again Dobi for this gem as well.
