Can't find anything on Johanna being pregnant at the time? A simple google search brought up at least 2 references for me. Someone needs to recheck...Also the digital records in Bonn gave some good insight that maybe Beethoven wasn't so wrong about her after all. He did bully Karl so much that he hated him...that I can say

I can PM you a link to a sight that makes the claim, but I don't know if there's anything definite. Haven't looked into it.
