Congressman Graham (D), was also in those briefings. He kept notes on what was said and on which date. Last week he called the CIA and asked which briefings he was in. The CIA gave him 4 dates. In looking at his own notes, himself or his staff was NOT there for 3 out of 4 of them. So, lets get all the information here before we start pointing our fingers at anyone!

Yeah, our soldiers and servicemen/servicewomen are idiots. How dare they bare it? How dare they "rationalize" something that our military is trained for?

People smack the conservative media for being hypocrites because they've never been waterboarded and that's understandable. But now you have people who have been waterbaorded and you're dismissing them? WTF, man.

There has never been a law against waterboarding in the history of the US! Get your facts straight.

Our government can waterboard anybody, anytime...based on its assumption that you did something bad or are about to do something bad? Are you kidding me? There is not a court in this country that would admit evidence extracted from waterboarding. Allowing our govt to bypass its own legal due process is dangerous. If these people are so dangerous and the evidence is so compelling, then show the evidence, try them and convict them.

Of course there are laws against this sort of treatment. People accused of a crime are tried under a set of laws. It takes only ONE juror to determine "not guilty". Sending someone to prison takes a substantial amount of effort and - more importantly - EVIDENCE...and even then cruel and unusual punishments are forbidden. In a republic, we don't punish people who are accused of crimes. Any regular person who did what our govt is doing would easily be sent to jail. What we are doing is a crime.

What a testament to freedom..."'Till I have your e-mail records, 'til I have your phone records, 'till I know everything about your mother and your father and their mother and their father..." Yeah. What a great and free country we will live in in 20 years. If the likes of you are to prevail and not the Founders.

You must have had earplugs in during the first half of the clip. He said he would sue media matters if they interfere with his contract BETWEEN HIM AND HIS EMPLOYER!!!!! Let me dumb it down for you, media matters is infringing on Mark Levin's freedom, and Mark Levin would sue those scumbags to defend his freedom, YOU BIG DOPE!!!

dave777blaster:
the waterboarding used by the WW2 japanese was NOTHING like the waterboarding used recently by the U. S., so you're relying on another bit of poorly researched hearsay from the left.
inform yourself and you won't be a lefty for long.
