He's not praising God. You have to understand Arabic. It's like in English people say, "Oh God!". It's a song about love, and he says "Oh my God, I've melted in you,those eyes melted me O God, O God!"

It's just an expression in Arabic. We say Ya Allah when something looks beautiful.. and he talks about Hoor of her eyes.... Her eyes are melting him..
