Danny Boy - Maureen Hegarty

The older man with the beard is actor John Thaw who also played Inspector Morse on the fabulous Masterpiece series. He passed away recently.

I heard Maureen sing at Saint Rose's church in Santa Rose, California with the Derry Boy's Choir in the 90's on day 1 of a trip with my mother and aunt. I bought the audio tape after Mass and we listened to Maureen and the Derry Boys for the remainder of our California Trip. I wore out the tape many years ago. I am thrilled to have found Maureen again.

I remember that day in the church in Santa Rosa. That was a great tour. I loved every day I was there.

Where can I buy or download Maureen Hegerty's music. In particular I love her arrangements of Danny Boy and Ave Maria.

I don't know how it took me this long to find a voice like hers!
