Glad to see he's still around. I'd always wondered what happened to him. Wreckless Eric has never gotten the recognition he deserves for simpy writing great pop songs.

Possibly THE most underrated talent in the history of rock and roll. 99.9% of other rock and roll artists could not have come up with the stellar material contained on "Big Smash" in a twenty five year career span and this guy did it in, what, two? Used to play him ALL the time on WTCS...which was a pretty radical for 1980 in Fairmont, West Virginia!!! God bless you, Eric...

I have a 10" album on brown vinyl of him on the Stiff label from 1977 - this track is on there. Good album, there is a great track on it as well called -Waxworks.
