aw man this is an incredible cover. I love love the dire straits and mark knopfler but the killers absolutely do the original justice. which is so rare I feel. There's another cover by the indigo girls or something which makes me want to barf

This version murdered the original. The most recognizable part of the original song is the intro riff. And its played on a resonator guitar, fingerpicked. This is nothing like the original. This should be illgal. And it stilla has 9 million views??? WHAT THE FUCK PEOPLE???!!!
