Hampton Court has a standard to live up to and would never, ever set up a fake ghost piece of footage.  I say it's genuine.

I went to hampton court the a special ghost thing we were the first ppl they were testing the whole thing on us and they took us to the door and its barred and locked nothing and get in at the time people were building in there it was empty and when he was talkn to us about it as soon as he said doors they swung open and everyone was soo scared recomend anyone that wants do it

This is so not a ghost...it doesn't look like a ghost, it moves in a very human way, and it makes the very human mistake of closing the wrong door first XD
there are people in period costume all around Hampton Court...I wouldn't be surprised if one of them noticed the door was open and just went to close it.
