Well, it's just that she falls down on Kratos and pushes him away a bit. Not really a glitch.

Ad. 2 "Why didn't he catch her."

1) Approaching the subject seriously - she fell from too high, he wouldn't manage to catch her even if he wanted. This lack of reaction can be therefore treated as a rare example of realism in GoW :)))))))

2) Approaching the subject alternatively - In three words: MEAN NECROPHILIOUS BASTARD!
