wrong.GNR started in 1985 with axl, izzy, rob gardner, tracii guns & ole beich. slash, steven &duff joined later. there was GNR before slash, there is GNR after him.

when izzy, GNR's biggest song-writer left in 1991,nobody started whining "its not GNR". the double standard for slash doesnt work.

slash left in 1996 by his own choice.

if you want to stay stuck in 1996, do that.
