I got the Big Boss emblem. I completed it in 4 hours, 52 minutes, and 23 seconds.
It is possible, and I did it.

And it's The Boss Extreme.
Big Boss Hard is the second hardest setting. You must complete the game at least once to unlock The Boss Extreme.
