Yeah, thats why I love anime. The world's quite a heavy place, so a light hearted song like this is just uplifting. Well that and anime that touch important thematic elements such as corrosion of the human soul, the duality of human nature, etc.

not only is the anime amazing but the manga's drawing style is also unbelievable, the art just gives the series that much more depth.
