You are wrong. There is oil on the track, you can see it on the yello/black flag. He lost control and had an accident...

It's yellow/black at the beginning of the clip (before the medical car arrives), then they change it to red as soon as Heidfeld comes into the frame

that isn't oil, they are tiremarks with maybe a little oil. he actually took the fastest line and took the best possible path to avoid an accident. which he did.

Nick Heidfeld comes to a corner through a different racing line, sees the wrecked car and tries to avoid those, almost loses control, regains control (well done!) but the guy in the medical car had decided to open the door.

The guy in the medical car is to blame.

he opened the door because he is doing his job, and nick lost control and he was trying to get out with less damages.
