@mikemcdorman - That may be true. I don't think he's aiming to dazzle us with a nifty riff. Just stun us with the sound of that machine. I actually prefer to play straight chords on my blackface, sometimes fuzz-guitar. The sound it makes when you hit hard chords is unparalleled.
