Gravity is connected to the centrifugal force. It is also connected to time. The stronger the gravitation field, the slower the time within that field. Clocks in orbit move faster than clocks on earth. The saucer is designed to counter the gravitational centrfugal force. They may have certain particles that they accelerate in an opposite to the centrifugal force aroung their edge. They are flying particle acccerators and in the same respects cable of time travel.

now lets think outside the box and tried to find a reference point to base all things

if only we had a way to shield magnets, not with steel which does work only it attracts to the magnets causing a whole different problem.. does anyone know if LED will work, we just need a way to to turn them on and off and we're set.

Even if you could remedy the problem with heat and loss of magnetism of that magnet , you would still have problems with the speed of this motor as it will take longer for the magnet to cool than the distance between the heated parts and by the time the motor reaches the other heated zone ( or passes the heated zone ) the magnet has not yet cooled down. So even if the magnets would recover back to it's original estate after heating the speed of this motor would be pretty much non existence.

No way. Not even a good idea, not even close. It will not work. Cannot work.

That's an interesting application of the Curie effect, but I'm not sure that it's actually more practical than anything we already have. Interesting idea though.

I hope you are quick enough to heat and cool that magnet while its rotating at a few thousand rpm. May be you should come up with another method.
