I guess they do sound a little similar, but I do notice a distinct difference in their voices and the style of music. Lenka doesn't have the vocal talent that regina does. Also, Regina's music is ...weirder, I guess you could say? She's very unconventional, whereas lenka is more cutesy. I like them both very much, though. :)
