WiMAX is going o be in the most of the country by the end of 2013

the communications companies will monopolize this industry and make it unaffordable as they always do. This technology should be free for all and sponsored and paid for by the state you reside in.

so the role of the state govt is to take money from the rich and use it to provide fast mobile data for everyone. should those same folks be taken from to provide the phones and data cards also?

problem when you take from the rich, is that they are also usually the biggest employers. maybe you hate your employer, but you still need a job. take from rich sounds good to the poor, but then there won't be any jobs left.

it IS fair for a company to make a HUGE investment and then turn a profit!!

Did you know that many of the soon-to-be unused analog TV towers around the country MAY be used to deploy Wimax on a LARGE scale? I think Wimax is the way to get high-speed into VERY rural areas. I have DSL which is pretty good for me, but many people aren't that lucky.

i use P1 wimax and its 100 times faster than fucking screamyx...i pay 99 ringgit for 1.2 meg.And you can recieve 1 meg all the time.Switch to wimax and have stress free time.

W1max is "SO MUCH BETTER" than the "SUX" Streamyx !! Anyone on my side ?

i use WIMAX its not the best but i can play world of warcraft on it have have around 300 to 400ms about the same as dial up but download speeds are 10billion times faster lol i run at 800down/250up for $35USD wish i could get dsl are cable but this will do :)
