Good blog, Bina! I hope that poor bloke who was taken ill in your doorway is fine and that he drops by to thank you. Oh and buys masses of stuff too :)
The more I hear of this council / sign palaver, the more bizarre it seems. It smells SOOO strongly of a hidden personal vendetta rather than a planning issue. Like you, I have walked up and down your street and looked all over Richmond and cannot see ANYTHING about your sign which would create an issue.
