Just to let everyone know how unsafe this place is, ThomasLand has had it's first major injury.

A man was hit by a flying propeller from the Harold ride.

If you want a SAFE, and FUN day out, go to a preserved railway. Much better than this PC Nonsense.

thomas was ruined when some amricans brought it and added a load of stupid new trains... like emily.... and other... it was so much better in the ninties

What a bunch of whingers and cynics! How wonderful for kids to be able to see Thomas at Thomas Land or the railways - whichever their families choose.

Thomas is a character that lives at neither of these places. Thomas lives in a child's imagination. To get shirty at HIT/Thomas Land over concern over revenue for the individual railways shows your hearts aren't in the right place. Thomas isn't there so serve the railway.

Turn your tv off and get out amongst it!

i work in thomas land, and the kids love it.
it's not money grabbing at all, do you see anywhere else that has a thomas land? didn't think so.
so before you slag it off making it sound awful, try going first.

I cant wait to take my 2 year old son, he loves anything to do with thomas .. i think its a great idea!! we've been to the thomas track at drusillias in sussex but this looks lots more fun.
