shoot.. where do you got this information... I got my vasectomy last week.... and the doctor didn't told me anything.. in fact he didn't use a mask protection... and I forgot to ask him for that....

dude..during invasive procedure, all medical personnel in the operating room are required to wear masks, bonnets and gloves..THAT IS TO MAINTAIN STERILITY AND AVOID "INFECTION" OR SPREAD OF MICROORGANISMS..
