i got hurt in a race too and i finished it too. with all due respect to him its not a big deal. yes it hurts and yes it takes a lot of will power but you get to the finish line. when i got injured the only thing my coach told me was are you alright and thats it. and other people just said you got hurt around the 70m mark huh. so i dont know why the comments and people are so compassionate.

omg!! thats so cool that he just continued on regardless of any embarrassment or frustration or disappointment or anything else that he might hav felt, and that was so awesome for his dad to come down, we all need that strong unconditional support sumtyms wen it feels like u'v lost and everyones watching. wudv felt so much more secure with his dad by his side. i cried wen i seen this at church.. so touching.
