I don't know, still looks too fancy for a really really poor country. This is good for countries like Bolivia or Nicaragua... definitely not for sub Saharan countries..

yes you can do more with new systems i dont argue, thats even what i said, what we are talking about is speed, and vista was not good, thats why they are running from it, xp>vista. Comp with 1gb ram with xp will turn on like 3 times faster then comp with 4 gb dd3 ram with vista
