rss was invented by aaron swartz who was an honarary Boston MIT student who was killed by the cia for fighting them in court over freedom of speech, filesharing and internet neutrality and privacy and for winning.he was fighting the patriot act of the internet and won. aaron believed in a free internet and freedom of speech and user friendly technology for the people. He was a real genius. . The cia killed him and made it look like a suicide says his family and friends. He will be missed.
