I do't want get into a debate about the issue but want to state that I find the use of "ghetto" and "camps" in this context highly offensive and inflammatory. However wrong Israel's treatment of the Palestians may appear it is nothing like, not nearly approaching, the atrocities which Ken's rhetoric slily evokes. To even infer it with such language is a horrific abuse of history.
