MHP has since been remade in a higher resolution version for the Next Gen N-Gage platform, but this video offers a glimpse of the original version.
The idea of the game is to make your way up a pinball table, starting at ground level and eventually reaching space. It's not so much a pinball simulator as a general arcade game.
