It's obvious that the stumps are too far apart, or the ball is too small. But even if you had the smallest ball allowed and the stumps at the widest possible allowment, this shouldn't happen. The umpires should have used common sense and given it out.

no the batsmen is out if the bails come out so that means by the law of cricket the umpire cant give it out
