^^^ Spikeyman101 has got a point.
What the song describes is the ignorance of governments and the meaningless sufferings and burdens people naturally (or legally) put upon themselves.
No matter what we do, the endless cycle that exists within our political structure of judges (and hawkes) and senators will continue to purge us of true freedom and happiness.
lol Hate to sound full-blown liberal, but most of it is true.

lol yes, I've had to do some research about that as well. "Polarity Hill", I believe, is a figure of speech. "Polarity", by definition, describes a situation where two 'opposite' forces meet, like two enemies. "Polarity Hill" describes the differences 'clashing' at the peak (hill). So, one step at a time, the differences clash.
