How to hypnotise and get into a Pastlife regression

i want to be hypnotized i am curious for what i was in a past life.

And they have the nerve to ask why rational people think hypnosis is a crock...

I'm sorry but I think that past-life regression is a crock.

I'm usually trying to prove to people that hypnosis and hypnotic phenomena are true, but I have major trouble accepting past life regression. Can anyone give my some realistic evidence?

I'm of the distinct opinion that you're just giving your unconscious a hole to fill, and it does so. Like imagination, and, to a degree, lucid dreaming. I know the difference.

I wonder if you have been hypnotised yourself? and has anyone described a past-life regression as being similar to a lucid-dream? I am very involved in my dreams and wonder if there is a way I could discern a dream reality from a past reality... I have no talent in that T_T

Lucid dreaming and past lives are undoubtedly linked. So is memory and imagination. Most people just know the difference.
