with reference to melvyn bragg, and teh appearence of charlie chuck, it seems that this is post 'smell of reeves and mortimer' but vic looks young in this and more out of sorts than he usually was so this may also be pre 'smell of...' but definately post 'big night out'. You can see why they picked ulrika to carry on,she seems really game for a laugh, and a really beauty then as well.
