The heavy rain might cause an upset, but Busan horses seem to be faster than Seoul horses.
How do you think about it?

Yes. I agree with you. At least among the 3yo horses, local horses much stronger than central horses. and I think there's some reasons.

Prize money are similar in both racecourses. Busan's economic power isn't lower than the Seoul's. So owners in Busan can bid big money to good horses at auctions.

And Busan racecourse's back-stretch is uphill opposite to seoul's downhill. So to speak, Busan horses have been trained and raced in more tougher course.
