Although within your rights, you should weight the situation carefully before deciding to be a martyr. The police have a tendency to systematically target anyone who stands up in this way through ongoign intimidation, harrasment, keeping a careful watch on you until they find a crime or future violence (when there is no camera to record). Once you have your addressed, name and vehicle marked by this officer on the system, you become a beacon for harassment. How do I know... family in the police

You are well within your rights and they know this. Be careful messing with the police. They are obviously attempting to elicit an actionable response from you. This is why the female officer was asking for clarification on what you said at 3:22. They can then arrest you for 'attempted interception of police communications', confiscate your equipment & give a few bruises for 'resisting arrest'. Actually this method of attempting to provoke a response happens all the time. All in a days work ya!
